This Privacy Policy explains how Velaura Management ("Velaura", "we", "us") handles the information you provide when you use this website and submit an application for creator management.

When you complete our onboarding questionnaire, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include:

• Your name, email address, and preferred contact handle or number;
• Your social media handles and follower counts;
• Details about your experience, content style, availability, goals, and location;
• Your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older;
• Basic technical data such as your browser user agent.

How we use your information

We use the information solely to review your application, assess fit, and — if relevant — contact you about management. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for any purpose you have not agreed to.

How your data is stored

Applications are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are accessible only to authorized members of the Velaura team. Access is restricted and submissions are treated as confidential.

Data retention

We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate and, where relevant, act on it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@velaura.co. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Age requirement

Velaura works only with adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and any such data will be deleted.
